UVA Meridian Bay Resort, Spa, Conventions & Amusement Park is a 35-acre hospitality destination at Koteshwar, Kundapura, in Udupi district, coastal Karnataka. On one property it brings together a 49-room resort with a spa, nine event venues including a 1,200-seat auditorium, an amusement and water park, five restaurants, a 22,000 sq ft film studio floor, the members-only Club Meridian, and an on-site helipad. It is run by UVA Infrastructure.

Mangalore International Airport is 91 km away, under two hours by road. Kundapur railway station on the Konkan line is the nearest rail head, and the property is directly accessible from NH 66. There is also an on-site helipad for guest-of-honour arrivals.

Yes. UVA Meridian has an on-site helipad, used for guest-of-honour and VIP arrivals at weddings and events. Helicopter charter can be arranged on request — send an enquiry with your dates.

Yes. The amusement and water park next door has a kids’ water play zone, gentle dry rides, a baby pool and a mini pets corner with cows, rabbits, birds, sheep and ducks. The resort has a swimming pool, a games hall with indoor games and board games, and lawns. Resort guests get 20% off park entry.

Yes — a full-size swimming pool you can properly swim in, a spa, and a fully-equipped gym with cardio machines, resistance stations and free weights. There are also badminton and tennis courts, a games hall and cycling paths around the grounds. See all amenities.

Yes. The 49 rooms and suites are on the same site as the venues, so your party does not have to travel between the ceremony and their beds. For larger room blocks, UVA Infrastructure also operates sister hotels in the area — mention your guest numbers when you enquire and the banquet team will put a plan together.

The park is open 10 AM – 5 PM, with a lunch break from 1–2 PM. Water-park rides run in sessions between 10 AM and 4:30 PM; dry rides run 10 AM – 1 PM. Last entry is 4:00 PM.

Adults (above 4 ft) ₹675, children (2.5–4 ft) ₹495, seniors (60+) ₹545. Children below 2.5 ft enter free. GST is included, and one ticket covers both the water park and all the amusement rides.

Yes. One ticket covers the water park and every amusement ride, with no extra charge for any individual ride.

Yes — all days, including Sundays, public holidays and festivals. The water games stay open in the rain; some electrically-powered rides pause during heavy rain for safety.

No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, though baby food for children under 2 is fine and sealed water bottles are permitted. Inside there is a restaurant and a food court — veg lunch ₹150, non-veg ₹180, chicken biryani ₹190 — plus snacks and ice cream. Free drinking water is available throughout.

Yes — resort guests get 20% off park entry. The park is immediately next door to the resort on the same property.

Yes. All-inclusive day-out rates covering entry to the rides and water park, lunch, ice cream and a welcome drink, for groups of more than 25 students. Groups of 20 or more get 5% off entry. Please reserve at least 7 days in advance. See school picnics or college day out.

Yes — a 22,000 sq ft fully air-conditioned shooting floor with 40-foot clear height, on the 35-acre estate, with 2.20 lakh sq ft of shooting space in total across the floor, lawns, pool deck, amphitheatre and beachfront. Cast and crew accommodation is on the same site. See the film studio.

The floor was built for Kantara: Chapter 1. The estate is gated and has already served as a closed base for a production working under embargo, and it takes feature films, TV commercials, music videos and post.

Club Meridian is the members’ club inside the resort — badminton and tennis courts, a fully-equipped gym, indoor games, swimming pools, a spa, green lawns and a members-only restaurant, plus reciprocal access to affiliated clubs.
